Emily Wang

Emily Wang (Wang Chenfan) is an internationally recognized piano educator based in the Singapore. She holds the title of International Music Culture Distinguished Honorary Chief Judge Advisor of the Federation of World Cultural and Art Society (Singapore), and serves as Principal of SoMe Music School and Chairwoman of Singapore Oversea Music Education and Hunan Kunyu Education Consulting & Development Co., Ltd. She is a certified educator by Singapore MOE and a Steinway Honorary Educator.

Got the Bachelor Degree of Tianjin Conservatory of Music and the Master Degree of the University of Manchester, Ms. Wang has over a decade of university teaching experience, having instructed over 3,000 students in music theory, piano performance, and Improvisation. She has published more than 10 academic papers, led multiple provincial research projects, and holds several educational patents.

She frequently serves as a jury member in prestigious competitions, including the Steinway National Youth Piano Competition, Asia International Arts Competition, and the China-Singapore International Music Competition. Many of her students have won top awards worldwide under her guidance.
